Repair Services for Unit

                  All "hired" repair work must be performed by a Sundance HOA approved contractor.

All contractors must be bonded and licensed.

Plumbing:

Excel Plumbing Services has agreed to research the availability of hot water tanks.  As you may know, the original tanks in the condo connect to the water supply on the side of the tank.  These units are hard to find and are expensive.  Excel Plumbing Services promises to do installations for us.

TV Service:  Seattle Satellite, 206-248-0732.  Ask for Deen.

Note, this service is the only one authorized by the Sundance Board of Directors to touch our TV equipment.   No exceptions.  The equipment room is locked.
